Eating healthy can be a difficult task for anyone, especially with the busy lives we all lead. My biggest key to success is PLANNING! Take 1 day (or afternoon) a week and plan out your meals. This lessens the need to grab on the go, or binge the second you get home. Bring containers to work that are portioned out, like THESE little guys! They are seriously my life savers. I was the girl who would buy Skinny Pop, and end up eating the entire bag in 1 sitting. (Sorry Shannon, that is no longer "skinny" pop) Whoops!!
