RESULTS
So I love to SHOUT from the rooftops about the AMAZING results the women in my challenge groups see! I can post a million facts about the program, but the proof is completely in these pictures. 21 Day Fix---While TRAVELING
I know how overwhelming meal planning can be, ESPECIALLY when you are on the road and traveling. I came up with a few easy tips that work best for me and Jon (he's a pilot....lots of time away).
These options are quick, easy, and portable. These all all foods that are ready to go and will not need any prep once you are out and about. :)
- PLAN AHEAD! Plan out all meals and snacks, and prep any meals that may take a little extra time that you will want to bring along with you.
- Use color coded ziplock baggies (found at Target), and portion out snacks. Colors will be based off of your portion control containers.
- Remember to pack your 21 Day Fix booklet and portion control containers (if you have space). This will make it super easy to stay on track when traveling.
- Remember to exercise! Pack resistance bands along with your DVDs! If you don't like traveling with all your DVDs, try Beachbody OnDemand! This is a super easy way to stream all your BB workouts from a mobile device. To try OnDemand, click here!
- Remember to pack your Shakeology and shaker cup!!! This is probably the EASIEST way to get a super nutrient meal in what it isn't the easiest time wise.
All in all, just remember to keep it simple. No matter where you go, you can ALWAYS find a healthy option. Also keep in mind portion sizes, and know that your body will not feel full until 15 minutes past the point of enough food. (so don't eat until you feel stuffed!!!)
